An art and science workshop!
Join us in creating impressions of leaves to make your own bookmark! Patrons of all ages are invited to design their own bookmark, card, or other artwork by stamping leaves and other botanicals. While you create your piece, scientists from the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology will be present to help with the craft and answer questions about their research. Event facilitators will be available throughout the event; you may come and go as you please. Come learn more about plant biology and create your very own leaf-stamped project. Leaves will be provided, but we invite you to bring your own if you would like!
