There will be music with the Freedom Coalition. Since February 2024, Freedom Coalition has been providing Champaign-Urbana and East-Central Illinois fresh takes on R&B, blues, smooth jazz, gospel, and rock/pop. Their mission is simple: to bring love, joy, peace and unity through music and positive energy. The Freedom Coalition is Dennis Beard on guitar, Jeremy Thorpe on sax, Danda Beard on keyboards, Dr. Vicki Browder-Crom on bass, and John "J.T." Thomas on drums.
