Join us for this annual culture and music festival!
The Champaign-Urbana Folk & Roots Festival is an annual event that promotes the folk arts and contributes to the artistic vitality of central Illinois. The festival takes place at various locations in downtown Urbana, October 2 - 4, 2025. As a venue sponsor, the Library is pleased to participate in this vibrant community event. All festival events at the Library are FREE!
All library events will be outside the Library in Cherry Alley. (We'll move inside if weather makes it necessary.)
11am-12pm - Bowdacious String Band (Childrens C4a String Band)
12:30-1:30pm - Chris Acker (Festival Headliner)
2pm-3pm - LoveSeat (Duo from Effingham)
3:30-4:30pm - Black-Eyed Lillies (Local)
