Sign up for this training that prepares you to be a Project READ tutor!
Project READ (parkland.edu/projectread) provides free tutoring service to adult learners who seek to improve their basic reading, writing, math, and English skills. This program is made possible by volunteers who give their time to improve the quality of life for hundreds of people in our community. Help us support the hundreds of adult learners we serve each year by joining our community of volunteers.
We are now training new tutors online and facilitating online tutoring instruction. Anyone 17 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalence, and knowledge of basic math, reading, and English can sign up to become a tutor.
