Experience the joy of creativity as Artist-in-Residence Nika Lucks leads adults through a creative sculpting process to make their own mock sweets and treats with an extended shelf life.
Nika is a self-described multi-dimensional artist, photo artist, graphic designer, and crafter. As an after-school educator, she brings a sense of adventure, art, and creativity to her projects, whether it’s technology instruction or cosplay workshops. Her photo collection “People of Speech” features people 55 and over expressing a word they feel describes themselves. As the Library's Artist-in-Residence from January to March 2025, Nika looks forward to sharing the joy of art and creativity with the wider community.
