Learn how to conduct a demographic audience analysis using research, and how to relate communication messages to your targeted audience's values, needs, and interest.
Defining an audience, determining the appropriate messaging, and identifying the right communication channels always was, and still is, a critical step when crafting any marketing strategy. There is no longer one channel that reaches everyone and you can no longer rely on only one message to be shared to all audiences. Deploying a successful social media strategy requires an intimate understanding of the niche audiences you are trying to reach. But where to start?
In this workshop we’ll learn how to conduct a demographic audience analysis using research and user analytics, how to relate communication messages to your targeted audience's values, needs, and interest; and how to unlock the power of influence within your audience.
