Our lives and stories are treasures. Join Artist-in-Residence Nika Lucks for this workshop designed for senior adults, which explores collage techniques to create a unique treasure box.
Feel free to bring photographs if you would like to cut and paste them into your design.
Nika is a self-described multi-dimensional artist, photo artist, graphic designer, and crafter. As an after-school educator, she brings a sense of adventure, art, and creativity to her projects, whether it’s technology instruction or cosplay workshops. Her photo collection, “People of Speech,” features people aged 55 and up expressing a word they feel describes themselves. As the Library's Artist-in-Residence from January to March 2025, Nika looks forward to sharing the joy of art and creativity with the broader community.
