Walk at Urbana Parks and talk books!
Hit your stride with the Walker's Book Club. Meet us monthly at an Urbana Park to walk together for about half an hour. Then, we'll gather to drink lemonade and share what we've been reading. Of course, you can count on Library staff to bring along several books to recommend, but we hope you'll share the best (and worst!) of what you've read lately. This program is a collaboration with our friends at the Urbana Park District. For ages 15+.
*In case of bad weather, we'll meet at Lincoln Square Mall near Baldarotta's for an indoor walk and then talk books at The Urbana Free Library.
Registration at the Urbana Park District website is recommended but not required for this free program.
